SHIPPING

We aim to dispatch all goods within a week of purchase. All orders are dispatched at 2nd Class rates unless otherwise stated.

In the case of non-delivery or missing parcels, checks have to be taken out before replacement or compensation is allowed.

We always take out a Proof Of Postage Certificate in order to help our customers and ourselves. 

If you wish for any goods to be dispatched at 1st Class or Special Delivery then please get in contact and there will be a further charge for these services.

Any damages or shortages must be notified within 7 days of receipt.

 

RETURNS

If you have ordered goods that have no fault or damage, but you just wish to return them for reasons such as 'too big', 'too small', etc, then you MUST notify us within 7 days of receipt. Either in writing, E-mail, or just fill in our Contact Form.

Though we can not refund the returns postage, if a replacement is required, these will be dispatched provided they are in stock and the item that has been returned is in re-sellable condition. We aim to process all other refunds within 30 days of receipt.
